We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and ensure smooth office operations. Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to the CEO, COO, Deputy COO, HR Director and other senior staff.
Basic Job Duties:
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents for senior staff.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives and or senior staff.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. At least two years of related experience required.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Exemplary management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Extensive knowledge of office administration. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Ability to occasionally move up to 15 pounds.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
