Job Summary:
The Technology Coordinator is responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the organization’s technology tools, online accounts, and communication systems. This role is responsible for the company’s social media and online presence to support brand visibility and engagement. The Technology Coordinator ensures that all employees have secure and efficient access to the digital platforms, hardware, and software necessary to perform their work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company website and accounts on platforms such as Facebook, DocuSign, Zoom, Google Workspace, Teams, LinkedIn, and other online tools.
- Manage the company’s digital presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms; monitors engagement, responds to inquiries, and ensures brand consistency to strengthen online visibility and reputation.
- Oversee company-issued devices, including cell phones, Ipads, and other devices.
- Coordinate setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of software applications and devices for staff.
- Ensure security and compliance of all online accounts, passwords, and digital data.
- Provide support and training to employees on technology usage and best practices.
- Monitor technology usage, recommend improvements, and implement updates/upgrades.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external technology vendors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of accounts, devices, and software licenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing online accounts, cloud software, and communication platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with security protocols, device management, and IT compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise software management and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) systems.
- Ability to train staff on digital tools and best practices.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
