- Provide dementia care and support for individuals with cognitive impairments.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist with patient monitoring, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary when assisting clients with mobility or transfers.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while providing care.
- Support individuals with disabilities in a group home setting, fostering independence and dignity.
Skills
