A&B Mechanical Inc. is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Mechanic who specializes in operating a CNC plasma cutting machine and its related software.
Responsibilities:
- Program and operate the plasma cutting machine.
- Fabricate commercial HVAC ductwork and fittings Lay out and assemble offsets, transitions, elbows, reducers, square-to-rounds, and other custom fittings Work accurately from field measurements and fabrication drawings.
- Maintain production quality and minimize material waste
Qualifications:
- Commercial ductwork fabrication experience required Strong knowledge of plasma cutting software and machine operation Ability to independently lay out and fabricate complex fittings
- Experience with sheet metal shop equipment and fabrication tools Reliable, organized, and able to meet production schedules
- OSHA training and a valid driver’s license are a plus.
- This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
