Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour Commission Bonus Opportunities On Call Rotation Pay

Expected Hours: 35–50 per week
Service Areas: Primarily Pierce and South King County; may occasionally include Kitsap, Thurston, Mason, Snohomish, and Lewis Counties
Hiring Incentive: Experienced Septic Pump Truck Operators will earn an additional $5000.00 hiring incentive ($2500 at 6 months, $2500 at 1 year)
Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Septic Pump Truck Operator. This is a physically demanding role that requires hands-on labor in the field. However, once trained, operators often enjoy a high level of independence and autonomy in their daily work, making it a rewarding and respected career in the skilled trades.
CDL A highly preferred | CDL B accepted

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial VAC trucks (liquid only)
- 10 to 18 speed manual transmissions
- Use truck-mounted technology to receive job dispatches and document services
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residential clients
- Work independently or with a team to complete scheduled jobs
- Troubleshoot and assess septic systems using critical thinking
- Perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Ability to safely perform heavy manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and positioning at least 75 lbs. unassisted, such as concrete tank lids, manhole covers, and other materials, when equipment cannot be used.
- Be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Safely handle tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain interest in continued training and industry certification
Qualifications
- CDL A or B with tanker endorsement (required)
- Must possess a valid WOSSA 101 or 102 Certificate
- Must be 23 years of age or older (for insurance eligibility)
- Acceptable driving record (MVR)
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and commercial vehicle road test
- Acceptable FMCSA Clearinghouse report
- Willingness to learn and perform hands-on work
- Commitment to earning and maintaining WOSSA certification
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL: Class B or higher with Tanker Endorsement
- Experience operating a Septic Pump Truck vehicle
- Willing and able to operate a manual transmission (10-speed or greater)
- 23 years of age (for insurance purposes only)
- Acceptable MVR
- Pass FMCSA Clearinghouse check
- Current WOSSA 101 Certificate
- Pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment
