Experienced Septic Pump Truck Driver (CDL A Preferred, CDL B Accepted)

Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour Commission Bonus Opportunities

Expected Hours: 35–50 per week

Service Areas: Primarily Pierce and South King County; may occasionally include Kitsap, Thurston, Mason, Snohomish, and Lewis Counties

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced CDL Pump Truck Driver to join our growing septic team. This physically demanding role offers year-round work, competitive pay, and independence in the field. 

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial VAC trucks (10–18 speed manual and some automatic)
• Use truck-mounted technology to receive dispatches and document services
• Provide excellent customer service to residential clients
• Troubleshoot and assess septic systems
• Perform physically demanding work
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain tools, equipment, and ongoing training/certifications

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A or B with tanker endorsement (required)
• 3 years verifiable driving experience (insurance eligibility)
• Experienced septic pump truck driver
• Clean driving record
• Consent to FMCSA Clearinghouse queries as required by federal regulations
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and commercial vehicle road test
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting 75 lbs, bending, and other laborer duties
• Commitment to earning and maintaining WOSSA certification(s)
