Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (In-Office Only)

We are a fast-growing HVAC company dedicated to providing top-tier service to our clients. We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position that plays a vital role in managing our financial operations and supporting our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments accurately in ServiceTitan and QuickBooks
Monitor accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
Prepare and send invoices, statements, and collection notices
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve billing issues
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate A/R reports
Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing
Support monthly closing and reporting processes
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Requirements:
2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
Proficient in ServiceTitan and QuickBooks (required)
Experience in the HVAC industry or a related service-based field
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Subject to background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience using Service Titan, QuickBooks, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
