Role Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, preparing and issuing invoices, recording payments, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records in the accounting system. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring aging reports, following up on overdue balances, performing debt collection activities in a professional manner, and resolving billing discrepancies with internal teams and customers. The specialist will communicate regularly with sales and operations to ensure accurate billing, apply credits and adjustments, reconcile customer accounts, and support month-end closing processes. This role also contributes to continuous improvement of receivables procedures to support healthy cash flow for the business.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to review aging reports, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Foundational knowledge in finance and accounting principles relevant to accounts receivable.
