- Perform concrete leveling tasks as directed by a supervisor or project manager, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals.
- Safely operate equipment and tools to level concrete surfaces, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members during concrete leveling projects, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively for efficient project completion.
- Properly and professionally use FSM and other software services.
- Coordinate with project managers, crew supervisors, and team members to plan daily activities, including material and equipment requirements, and communicate project expectations to team members.
- Inspect completed work daily to ensure quality standards are met, addressing any deficiencies promptly and effectively.
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- All are welcome with in-house training.
- Background in construction or trade is helpful but not necessary.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and crew leads to review and adjust project plans and strategies for the week ahead.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to supervisors and project managers on process improvements and areas for development within the team.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and less experienced technicians to support their growth and development within the company.
- Review safety protocols and procedures with team members weekly to reinforce safe working practices and minimize risks on-site.
