What We Offer
- Starting Wage: $18.00/hr, with rapid increases to $19.50 within 2 months and $21.00 within 6 months
- Potential to earn $25.00/hr or more by leading your own crews

- Participate in on-the-job training, working alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience in concrete repair techniques.
- Execute concrete repair tasks on assigned projects with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Interact with clients, address inquiries, and provide project progress updates to maintain positive relationships.
- Conduct equipment checks, prepare the truck, and contribute to operational efficiency and safety on-site.
- Utilize Grover University resources and adhere to the standards of your Scorecard to develop skill sets and increase knowledge base.
- Utilize applicable software programs to continuously improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Attend instructional sessions and workshops to deepen understanding of concrete repair principles and techniques.
- Collaborate with mentors and supervisors to discuss progress, receive feedback, and set goals for ongoing skill development.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about project updates, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Diverse Work Environments: Work on a range of projects, from residential to government contracts, for a varied and rewarding experience.
