Are you looking for a rewarding career in a dynamic industry? A-1 Concrete Leveling is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Maintenance Technicians.

This position will report to our Jeffersonville, IN office and will service the Louisville, KY area.

What We Offer

• Starting Wage: $18.00/hr, with quick progression to $19.50 within 2 months and $21.00 within 6 months
• Career Growth: Opportunities to lead your own crews and advance to roles such as crew supervisor, sales, or concrete repair technician

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring concrete surfaces for both residential and commercial clients
• Ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal
• Pressure washing, caulking, and sealing concrete surfaces
• Work primarily in teams and directly interact with customers to set expectations and provide progress updates

Requirements

• All are welcome with in-house training
• Background in construction or trade is helpful but not necessary
