What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Technician position at 8108323?
A Cultivation Technician maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the management in Cultivation. This will include basic plant maintenance in all stages of cultivation production. Shifts are 7 am to 4 pm Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday.
- Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
- Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing.
- Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.
- Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
- Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
- Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
