Position Summary
HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated industries. The Cultivation Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day outdoor cultivation operations, managing cultivation personnel, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and local regulations.
This role supports efficient farm operations through personnel leadership, operational planning, project management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can manage large teams, enforce timelines, and ensure cultivation projects move forward efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
Personnel Management & Workforce Coordination

Manage cultivation team members including growers, farmhands, and seasonal workers.

Track employee attendance, hours worked, and performance metrics.

Coordinate with HR and leadership regarding staffing needs, scheduling, and performance management.

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive working environment across cultivation operations.
Project & Operational Management

Apply strong project management skills to ensure cultivation timelines, planting schedules, and harvest milestones are met.

Hold growers and cultivation staff accountable to production timelines and operational goals.

Coordinate cultivation workflows including planting, irrigation, pruning, pest management, and harvesting activities.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency and output.
Data Collection & Reporting

Collect and analyze data related to cultivation activities and crop performance.

Maintain detailed records of cultivation activities, personnel labor hours, and crop yields.

Generate reports and provide operational insights to leadership to support decision-making.
Compliance & Regulatory Management

Ensure compliance with Missouri state and local regulations governing outdoor cultivation and agricultural operations.

Maintain accurate documentation for cultivation activities, labor tracking, and regulatory reporting.

Coordinate with regulatory agencies and inspectors for compliance inspections and audits.
Team Leadership & Development

Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day oversight for cultivation staff.

Conduct training and coaching to reinforce operational standards and best practices.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the cultivation team.
Qualifications

5 years of leadership or operational management experience in agriculture, farming, cultivation, or similar outdoor operations.

Experience managing teams of 30 employees in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management and operational planning skills, with the ability to enforce timelines and hold teams accountable.

Experience coordinating complex operational workflows and improving processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Cannabis industry experience is not required, though agricultural or cultivation experience is preferred.
Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
