The company is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead creative strategy, paid media, and campaign performance across all channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven marketing strategist and performance-driven media buyer who can scale campaigns, lead high-performing creative teams, and deliver measurable ROI. Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and scale ad campaigns across Google, YouTube, and Meta while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Oversee the development of marketing assets, including video, copy, and design.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) for copywriting, targeting, and creative testing.
- Manage and optimize automations within the Go High Level platform to enhance lead flow and nurturing.
- Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies in real time, and report directly to executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, automators, and data analysts.
- Drive brand consistency and excellence across all marketing touchpoints.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the marketing organization.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency with AI tools for creative and strategic marketing applications.
- Experience managing marketing automation and CRM workflows, ideally in Go High Level.
- Proven leadership experience guiding creative, media, and performance teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing psychology and copywriting.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Salary range: $75-150k depending on experience.
