- Founder Content Engine: Package books, research, videos, and podcasts into high-impact paid/organic campaigns.
- SEO & AI Visibility: Strengthen rankings, schema, and knowledge graphs so content surfaces in Google and emerging AI platforms.
- Team & Vendor Leadership: Audit current partners, hire/replace as needed, and lead a blended team of writers, designers, SEO/ads, and dev.
- Live Reporting: Build dashboards for traffic, conversions, and CAC payback; iterate daily based on performance.
