Most Loved Workplace® (MLW) is hiring a Head of Digital Marketing & Growth to build and own the engine that drives our growth — and amplifies our certified clients.About the Role
This is not a strategist-only role. It’s for a hands-on operator who executes, audits, and scales fast. You’ll run a dual-sided marketing model:
- Fuel MLW Growth: Generate qualified leads and certifications through multi-channel demand gen, SEO/AIO, and automation.
- Amplify Certified Clients: Deliver measurable lifts in profile traffic, impressions, and clicks that prove ROI.
You’ll audit funnels, landing pages, and campaigns, fix what’s broken, and launch new ones in days, not weeks. Once the foundation is proven, you’ll source and manage talent to scale output without slowing velocity.
What You’ll Do- Own demand generation across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and programmatic/native.
- Optimize funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Close).
- Rebuild MLW’s site and blog for AI-first search and conversions.
- Script and launch short-form video, ads, landing pages, social kits.
- Provide clients with real proof of value through traffic and conversion lifts.
- Use AI tools (e.g., GPT, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Synthesia, Zapier, Make) to automate and accelerate campaigns.
- Source/manage freelancers or agencies to scale delivery — no bottlenecks.
- Weekly/monthly pipeline of qualified MQLs and SQLs.
- Lower CPL/CAC through smarter campaigns.
- Certified clients renewing because traffic and results improved.
- Campaigns shipped in under 7 days.
- Immediate, actionable audits that improve our funnel and client visibility.
