You will support thebuild-out and ongoing management of showrooms across the country. This positionsupports the Project Manager in all aspects. The position is based in NYC, however youwill be expected to be on-call for PST and EST. You will likely be asked to traveldomestically, especially as your responsibility at 7th Avenue grows. Owns all action-items that derivefrom these meetings, such as procurement and liaison with vendors.Promptly solving any showroom issues between showroom check-ins to ensureSales Consultants are able to focus on sellingSupport buildout projects by purchasing necessary materials, reviewing generalcontractor reimbursements, and inspect vendor receiptsCollect and maintain showroom related data and SOPs, ensuring ShowroomDepartment related data is organized and up-to-dateAssist Project Manager in any ad-hoc projectsQualifications & Preferred Skills:1-2 years of experience with project management, operations, or executive assistant workAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and react promptlyExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on constantlycommunicating with the Project ManagerDetail-oriented, hardworking, efficient, organized, and fastStrategic mindset with real-life problem solving skillsAbility to handle multiple projects concurrently in an efficient and organizedmannerCompensation and Benefits:1-month trial with clear objectives to be reviewed for full-time positionAnnual compensation of $60-80k with potential for showroom completion /performance bonusesComprehensive benefits including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, pluspaid time off
