Position summary
This warehouse role supports order fulfillment, packing, shipping, loading, and inventory work in a clean, organized facility. You will help pull veneer orders accurately, prepare shipments, and support daily warehouse flow in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Pull and pick customer veneer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Load materials and support daily warehouse operations.
- Assist with inventory management and general warehouse organization.
- Pick and pack up to 30 customer orders per day with moderate complexity.
- Learn wood species, grades, cuts, and safe warehouse equipment operation through training.
What you’ll need
- At least 18 months of hi-lo or forklift experience, including loading and unloading semi-trucks.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work the 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM shift.
- Ability to pull a variety of wood veneer orders accurately and quickly.
- Strong attention to detail without sacrificing speed.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Interest in woodworking or woodshop environments is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift 60 - 70 lb boxes without assistance.
- Willingness to learn multiple machines over time.
