Role overview
This warehouse role supports daily warehouse operations for aircraft parts and ground support equipment, including receiving, storing, packaging, shipping, inventory movement, and cycle counts.
Day-to-day work
- Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer systems.
- Load and unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks.
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to pull the correct items from inventory.
- Package parts for shipment using required methods to protect items and meet customer specifications.
- Document part traceability and store pictures using company systems.
- Pull parts from warehouse locations and stage them for shipment preparation.
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
- Validate and record materials received, distributed, or cycle counted.
- Weigh, count, and inspect items for conformance to standards.
- Assist with inventory counting, tarping, and material movement.
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
- Follow warehouse standards, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
What you’ll bring

- No prior experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures under supervision.
Special requirements
- U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, green card holder, or asylee/refugee status required.
