Overview
This role is designed as a developmental opportunity toward an Assistant Buyer position. You will support digital merchandising, product photography planning, purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Generate AdHoc Excel reports for purchase orders, POS data, price changes, and sales tracking
- Support and maintain the purchase order logbook
- Collaborate with vendors and teams to create and maintain purchase orders
- Resolve shipping issues and track merchandise logistics
- Compile and distribute reports for buying teams and vendor partners
- Manage vendor communications and maintain accurate contact records
- Handle product sample management and documentation
- Use Stella dashboard for merchandise workflow tracking and problem resolution
- Prepare photography lead sheets and product attribution (Facet)
- Participate in product meetings to plan and review digital product imagery
- Support quality review of images for display on digital platforms
- Contribute to process improvements in photography planning and internal workflows
