Overview



The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President, Head of Retail, and the Retail Leasing team. This role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient communication, and coordination of leasing activities across Vornado’s high-profile retail portfolio. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties and Responsibiliti


  • es
    Manage complex calendars, high call volume, meeting scheduling, and executive travel coordinati
  • on.Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external u
  • se.Handle incoming communications, prioritize requests, and respond on behalf of the EVP when appropria
  • te.Coordinate leasing materials, proposals, and term sheets with internal teams and external partne
  • rs.Maintain departmental trackers, reports, and organized filing syste
  • ms.Support cross-functional coordination between Leasing, Legal, Construction, and Property Management tea
  • ms.Process expense reports, invoices, and departmental budget documentati
  • on.Organize and maintain electronic and physical recor
  • ds.Assist with special projects, marketing initiatives, and retail leasing even
  • ts.Plan and execute 1–3 annual events with 30–200 attende
  • es.Build and maintain strong internal and external business relationshi

Qualificat


  • ions
    Bachelor’s degree prefe
  • rred.5–8 years of executive support experience, ideally within commercial real estate, financial services, or corporate environm
  • ents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPo
  • int).Excellent verbal and written communication sk
