Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Emergency Services department operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance emergency care services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care processes
- Monitor departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Provide mentorship and support to emergency department staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs
- Facilitate communication between emergency services and other departments
Requirements
- Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.
- Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years experience in a leadership role.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred.
- Experience building a team focused on quality initiatives.
- Experience facilitating relationships with hospital providers.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
