- Provide operational and clinical leadership for Emergency Services ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Build, develop, and lead teams focused on quality improvement initiatives, performance metrics, patient safety, and patient experience.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary departments to meet Emergency Services goals and standards.
- Monitor department performance, compliance, and workflow efficiency; implement improvements to drive outcomes.
- Support strategic planning and quality initiatives aligned with hospital objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure consistent communication, engagement, and accountability within the Emergency Services team.
- Strengthen coordination and relationships with hospital providers/physicians to support excellent clinical care delivery.
- Lead initiatives focused on clinical excellence, operational performance, patient throughput, and service optimization.
- Active (or eligible) New Mexico RN License (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (required)
- 7 years of healthcare experience
- 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience working in a for-profit hospital environment (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience building and leading teams focused on quality initiatives
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, and team development skills
