Duties

• Stock shelves, produce sections, and backroom inventory with accuracy and efficiency using inventory management systems and RF scanners
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and heavy lifting tools to move merchandise safely and effectively
• Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, monitoring product levels, and organizing stock areas for easy access
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and maintaining accurate records
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced
• Maintain cleanliness of the store environment through routine cleaning, organizing stock areas, and ensuring safety standards are met
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering friendly support in multiple languages if needed

Experience

• Previous warehouse or retail experience is highly preferred; familiarity with grocery stores or similar environments is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners is desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of retail math, cashiering procedures, and basic merchandising techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
