Responsibilities

• Carefully package finished products following detailed instructions and quality standards to ensure product integrity during transit.
• Operate packaging machinery and hand tools efficiently, maintaining optimal performance and safety.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control packaging equipment operations.
• Adhere strictly to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of packaging materials and completed products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, including warehouse experience tasks such as stock rotation and material handling using forklifts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially involving packaging or assembly tasks.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus, along with valid certification if applicable.
• Strong understanding of packaging processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations such as FDA guidelines and CGMP practices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail under time constraints.
• Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing automation systems is advantageous.
