Responsibilities
- Carefully package finished products following detailed instructions and quality standards to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools efficiently, maintaining optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control packaging equipment operations.
- Adhere strictly to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of packaging materials and completed products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including warehouse experience tasks such as stock rotation and material handling using forklifts when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially involving packaging or assembly tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus, along with valid certification if applicable.
- Strong understanding of packaging processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations such as FDA guidelines and CGMP practices.
