In this role you will get to work on a dynamic project assisting the Project Management team ensure subcontractor contractual compliance while coordinating with a diverse team across project management disciplines. What You'll Be Doing: Assisting Project Managers to develop communications such as cure letters, meeting agendas, technical responses to required submissions. Assist Contract Manager with in a variety of activities listed below, but not limited to: Assemble Contract Packages Upload and maintain electronic and physical contract files Enter contract data into tracking systems or databases Help manage signature routing and document circulation Gather required vendor documents (e.g. insurance, compliance forms) Prepare board concurrence packets Monitor expiration dates for insurance, licenses, and contract terms Conduct initial completeness checks on forms and attachments Assist with contract closeout steps and file archiving Work closely with team members to ensure project compliance documentation meets project requirements Other duties as assigned What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in corporate communications, and typically 10 years’ related work experience is required with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a field site. Enrollment in PM certification program is preferred but not required. Proven ability to perform in with limited supervision, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required. Travel to client sites is required What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Communications, business, and technical writing skills and experience in technical or construction-related field (or equivalent) Familiarity with bus and rail transit systems Business analytics and business process management experience Security Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
