Project Manager – Data Centre & Critical Infrastructure

📍 Austin, Texas (with travel across the U.S.)

📝 Permanent, FTE

💶 Salary – $150000 – flexible for the right candidate

We’re partnered with a globally backed engineering and power solutions business that is playing a key role in supporting the rapid expansion of data centre infrastructure across the U.S.

With demand for AI, cloud, and hyperscale facilities continuing to grow, they are delivering mission-critical power systems and infrastructure that keep these environments running 24/7. Their projects sit at the intersection of energy, engineering, and digital infrastructure, supporting some of the most high-profile builds in the market today.

As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-value projects from contract award through to installation and commissioning.

🚀 The Role

This is a client-facing, end-to-end delivery role where you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working across multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholders including customers, EPC contractors, and internal engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Own full project delivery from contract handover to commissioning

• Act as the main client interface throughout execution

• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources

• Coordinate internal teams and EPC contractors

• Handle scope, change orders, and commercial impacts

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or capital equipment projects

• Background within sectors such as data centres, power generation, oil & gas, or industrial infrastructure

• Experience working in EPC or contractor-led environments

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
