5CB is a brewery/taproom in New Britain, Connecticut. Now in our 6th year of operation, we are well established within the beer community. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills who possess a drive to exceed our guest's expectations by delivering a genuine and enjoyable experience every time they come in.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following
- Providing quality and prompt service to the guests in our taproom
-Educating guests on our beers. Having knowledge of styles and ingredients of our beers being served
-Operation of Square POS system for all taproom sales
-Ability to maintain a clean and organized work-space
Job Requirements
-Minimum 21 years of age
-Able to work well with a team, as well as follow direction from Taproom Manager
-Knowledge of beer. This includes the differences in styles, taste profiles, etc.
-Passion for craft beer… We love it. The guests love it. We want you to love it.
-Ability to lift approx. 50lbs for various work related duties
Prior taproom/bartending experience is preferred
