We are searching for a Contract-to-Hire Delivery Manager for our health insurance client. As Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead multiple complex, cross-functional healthcare projects from planning through implementation, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, facilitate meetings, assign and track work, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders and leadership informed of project progress.
- Partner across business, clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment across dependent projects and processes.
- Identify operational challenges, analyze data, recommend solutions, and drive process and organizational improvements.
- Manage project documentation, work plans, status reports, data analysis, and outcome reporting while ensuring new processes and procedures are clearly documented.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including providers, clients, consultants, and leadership, to coordinate implementation activities and achieve project goals.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure business needs and technical roadmaps remain aligned.
Who we’re searching for / About you:
- 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, project leadership, program management, or a related field, including healthcare project management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong project management skills across planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, budgeting, implementation, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
- Experience preparing project documentation, reports, policies, procedures, and executive-level communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Logistics:
- Contract with the potential to become a full-time employee.
- Location: Remote; candidates must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Travel may be required locally or out of state.
- Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required.
- Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, or North Dakota
