We are searching for a Contract Project Implementation Leader Senior – NCQA Accreditation for our healthcare insurance client. In this position, you will lead the integration of accreditation processes across multiple health plans, partnering closely with accreditation and cross-functional teams to harmonize workflows, standardize processes, and prepare the organization for successful NCQA Health Plan Accreditation renewal surveys. As Project Implementation Leader Senior – NCQA Accreditation, you will:
- Lead implementation of NCQA Health Plan Accreditation processes across multiple health plan entities
- Assess current accreditation processes, identify gaps, and develop alignment strategies
- Drive process standardization, workflow harmonization, and implementation of accreditation tools and templates
- Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and readiness metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with quality, operations, business, and leadership teams
- Enhance accreditation tracking tools and documentation to support multi-entity survey readiness
- Develop implementation guides, process documentation, and transition materials
- Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and resolve implementation challenges
- Support organizational readiness for NCQA Health Plan Accreditation renewal surveys
Who we're searching for / About you:
- 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with NCQA Health Plan Accreditation across multiple HPA standards
- Experience leading accreditation projects through full survey cycles within a health plan environment
- Experience assessing, implementing, and standardizing accreditation processes across multiple teams or business units
- Strong understanding of Medicaid and/or Commercial health plan accreditation requirements
- Experience facilitating complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
- Excellent project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with accreditation management tools, process documentation, and implementation planning
- SSME (Single Site Multiple Entity) accreditation experience is highly preferred
- PMP and/or CPHQ certification is a plus

Logistics:
- Remote (Pacific Time hours required) - must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, or North Dakota
- Travel may be required
- 12 month contract with potential for extension
