We're seeking a dedicated Installation Technician for Seamless Gutters Installation, Gutter Cover Installs, Yard Drainage, and Gutter Cleaning. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service, as you'll be responsible for helping protect homes and businesses with top-notch products that are built to last.

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable working at heights, as our projects can reach up to three stories. For anything higher, we provide lifts.
• Reliable transportation to meet the crew at the shop each morning is essential.
• A clean background is necessary; candidates must pass a national felony background check through asktheseal, with no felonies in the past five years.
• Flexibility in duties is appreciated, including the opportunity to canvass and provide estimates during slower work periods. While this is not mandatory, it can offer extra work opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks including Gutters, Gutter Covers, Fascia.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to work efficiency on a ladder!

This position operates on a performance basis, meaning your work ethic directly influences your earnings. This compensation is shared among the scheduled team members. We have several drills available in the service truck for your use upon hiring, but you will need to provide your own tools over time.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
