We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Fence Installer to join our team and help lead the installation of a wide variety of fence types and systems.
Job Summary: As a Lead Fence Installer, you will oversee and participate in the installation of various fencing systems including wood privacy fences, chain link, sheet metal, and more. You will supervise crew members on-site, ensure work meets company standards, and maintain a safe and productive job environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fence installation projects from start to finish
Read and interpret site plans and layout measurements Install wood privacy, chain link, sheet metal fences, and gates
Perform welding as needed for metal and custom fence applications
Install and troubleshoot motorized gates and access systems
Operate power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment safely
Mix and pour concrete for fence posts and structures
Communicate with customers and project managers as needed
Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
Train and mentor crew members as needed
Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of fence installation experience required
Skilled in wood, chain link, and metal fence installation
Experience with gate systems, welding, and motorized gate installation
Strong knowledge of power tools and construction methods
Concrete mixing and finishing experience
Leadership and team management skills
Reliable transportation to get to the shop daily (company vehicle provided during work hours)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a drug screening
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Opportunity for advancement and long-term growth. Workers Compensation is also provided after 90 days.
