We are looking for a VP of Lighting Services.
What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, the primary responsibility of the VP of Lighting Services will be to develop a strategy for expanding and executing lighting services within the company. This will include creating SOPs, working with SVPs and GMs to assess lighting needs and opportunities, interfacing with clients to understand needs, recruiting and selecting technicians to augment our team of highly skilled lighting technicians, and reporting to management and other stakeholders frequently. What you bring to the table: We are looking for someone who is a passionate technical professional with a positive attitude who is solution minded. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in current lighting technology and other entertainment equipment. They should also have knowledge of entertainment video, audio, and how it integrates with lighting equipment. This candidate will need to have good written/verbal and computer skills, as well as AutoCAD/Vectorworks and inventory software systems.
