What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Time Kitchen Manager position at 4th & Elm Bar & Grill?
Currently looking for a motivated individual who would like to join our kitchen staff. Night Time Kitchen Manager hours include evenings and weekends in a fast paced environment. We are looking to hire a full time salaried position. This position offers a scheduling with 1 week paid vacation, 1 weekend off a month, and health benefits up to $500 per month. This position is salaried at $40,000 a year with a 90 day probationary period. Prior experience working in a kitchen and within management is required.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Manage kitchen team while working on shift
- Communicate with kitchen team and owners
- Help with kitchen scheduling
