Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional delivery of complex technology initiatives
- Ensure IT practices remain aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate projects from concept creation through full implementation
Scope & Planning
- Define and document:
- Project scope
- Goals and milestones
- Deliverables
- Detailed task breakdowns
- Resource requirements
- Develop structured project plans and timelines
Agile & Sprint Management
- Lead sprint planning sessions and daily stand-up meetings
- Guide project lifecycle execution using Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Break down complex, multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized action plans
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide clear visibility into project status and progress
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership
- Present updates, risks, and mitigation strategies
Risk & Dependency Management

Required Qualifications
