- Lead a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to increase awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, and traditional)
- Identify and test new growth channels including digital advertising, partnerships, and content marketing
- Oversee website optimization, SEO/SEM, and content strategy
- Drive lead generation through high-performing campaigns
- Optimize conversion pathways across the donor and engagement journey
- Lead marketing automation strategy (HubSpot preferred) across the full lifecycle
- Ensure seamless integration with donor CRM (Virtuous or similar)
- Establish KPIs, dashboard, and reporting to track performance
- Champion storytelling that honors dignity, reflects our mission, and communicates transformation
- Model Christ-like leadership, fostering a culture of encouragement, accountability, and purpose
- Agreement with and commitment to uphold the 4KIDS Statement of Faith, mission, and core values
- Proven track record in digital growth marketing
- Strong background in marketing analytics and performance optimization
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to execute both strategically and tactically
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred
