What You'll Do:

The Foster Care Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to a team supporting foster families throughout the ongoing care process and relicensing process. This role ensures families are equipped, supported, and aligned with agency and state requirements while helping create stable, nurturing environments for children.
What You'll Do:
- Model Christ-like leadership to foster parent support specialist team members, fostering a culture of encouragement, accountability, and purpose
- Maintain consistent communication with foster families throughout relicensing, training, and support
- Oversee completion and submission of relicensing documentation in compliance with DCF and 4KIDS requirements
- Monitor timelines to ensure timely re-licensure and required foster care activities
- Oversee support for foster families to ensure stability and success
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
- Support incident reporting and emergency response as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners
- Participate in recruitment efforts for foster families
- Agreement with and commitment to uphold the 4KIDS Statemen of Faith, mission, and core values
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field with 2 years of experience (or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience)
- Current Child Welfare Certification
- Experience in child welfare or human services
- Passion for serving children and families through a ministry-minded approach
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace environment
- Availability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
