What we need now is a true internal marketing leader who will take ownership of the entire function, set the strategy, direct the agency, align with leadership, and ensure marketing produces measurable pipeline and growth.

What you’ll own
- Overall marketing strategy and execution leadership
- Demand generation and pipeline creation
- Agency management and accountability
- Messaging, positioning, and campaign direction
- Website conversion and funnel optimization
- Partner marketing and sales alignment
- KPI reporting across leads, demos, opportunities, CAC, CPL, and pipeline impact
Responsibilities
- Build and lead Alocity’s marketing plan across direct, digital, event, partner, and content channels
- Own demand gen strategy with a strong focus on qualified leads and booked demos
- Manage external agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure speed, quality, and performance
- Define campaign priorities, offers, vertical plays, and go-to-market initiatives
- Improve website messaging, landing pages, conversion paths, and nurture flows
- Support product launches, vertical marketing, trade shows, and strategic campaigns
- Work directly with leadership to align marketing with company growth goals
- Build marketing dashboards and weekly performance reviews
- Introduce AI-powered tools and workflows to improve speed, output, personalization, and efficiency
What we’re looking for
- 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong demand gen ownership
- Proven record of creating pipeline, not just brand awareness
- Experience managing agencies and external execution teams
- Strong understanding of modern digital marketing, conversion, funnel design, and marketing ops
- Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional leadership
- Highly accountable, organized, strategic, and execution-focused
- Strong understanding of the current fast-changing AI marketing landscape
Strong pluses
- AI, SaaS, physical security, access control, surveillance, IoT, or proptech experience
- Channel/integrator marketing experience
- HubSpot, Webflow, ABM, paid social, email nurture, partner campaigns, and event marketing experience
