As the Manager, Quality Programs, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of early childhood education coaches at our Cincinnati office. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and supervision of the assigned quality programs team and ensuring the effective delivery of direct services to the child care community focusing on improving the quality of child care. You will have a direct impact on improving education for young children in the Cincinnati area by creating processes and structure and leading an established team of ECE coaches.

We are the largest local provider of training and technical assistance for child care providers in the region. More than 100,000 children in our community are impacted every year through our delivery of support and resources to families and child care providers.

We Are Looking For Talented People With
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (or related field), AND at least 5 years' experience working in early childhood education preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in a leadership role with an emphasis on strategic planning highly preferred.
- Ability to facilitate and lead group presentations.
- This role will require a current driver’s license, automobile insurance, access to a reliable automobile, and the ability to safely lift and/or transport up to 25 pounds.
