We are currently seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing, patient-focused rehabilitation clinic in W Des Moines. This position is ideal for a provider looking for a flexible, low-stress environment with a strong support team.
Schedule:
- 1 day per week (flexible scheduling)
About Our Practice:
We specialize in non-surgical, outpatient care focused on musculoskeletal and personal injury patients. Our approach emphasizes rehabilitation, functional recovery, and conservative treatment, not high-risk or high-acuity care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and re-examinations
- Develop and oversee treatment plans
- Provide trigger point injections and basic in-office procedures (training available if needed)
- Collaborate with chiropractic and rehab team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
- Active Iowa NP or PA license
