This role is ideal for a designer who excels at clean, corporate design and can confidently own projects from concept through production.What You’ll Be Doing:Design corporate marketing assets including flyers, brochures, direct mail pieces, banner ads, product matrices, business cards, email signature blocks, sales collateral, and event materialsDesign landing pages, email layouts, and digital assets in Hubspot and WordPressPrepare print-ready and digital-ready files with strong attention to formatting, typography, layout, and compliance requirementsMaintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and internal design systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling visualsOrganize assets with clear naming and version controlWhat You Bring:5 years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or other corporate environments)Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, corporate design (not illustration-heavy or fine art-focused)Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required) and CanvaPortfolio demonstrating strong design systems and conversion-focused designAbility to interpret business goals and translate them into effective visual communicationStrong project management skills and comfort working cross-functionallyHigh attention to detail—layout precision, typography, alignment, and brand consistency are second nature to youPreferred:UX/UI design experienceMotion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects or similar)Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or highly regulated industriesWhy 401GO?At 401GO, we’re not just changing retirement—we’re reinventing it.
