Job Title: Outbound Call Center Representative
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC - Onsite
Shifts:
- AM Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- PM Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
- AM Shift: $17/HR performance bonuses
- PM Shift: $19/hour performance bonuses
Required Qualifications
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to strong attendance
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
- Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to guests interested in planning vacations
- Guide customers through destination options, booking dates, and reservation details
- Process payments and accurately confirm all booking information
- Provide helpful recommendations and address guest questions or concerns
- Build strong product and destination knowledge to better assist guests
- Use effective sales techniques to create urgency and drive bookings
- Deliver friendly, engaging service on every call
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance performance
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
