4 Corner Resources is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a major healthcare construction project in Orlando. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who has led projects from planning through completion and can manage multiple scopes, including low-voltage and AV components when applicable. You will play a key role in overseeing project execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring work is progressing safely and according to schedule
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and control expenses
- Conduct site walks, progress meetings, and status reporting
- Oversee specialized scopes such as low-voltage, structured cabling, and AV systems as part of the overall project
- Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- 5 years of experience managing construction projects (commercial or healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling
- Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, and project lifecycle
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Exposure to low-voltage, structured cabling, or AV systems is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA certification preferred
- Location: Orlando, FL (fully onsite)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Travel: Potential for future travel across the Eastern region

- Compensation: $33 to $40 per hour, flexible based on experience
