Role: Credentialing Coordinator
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Rate: $19 to $23 per hour
Short-term contract with potential for extension or conversion
4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced Credentialing Coordinator to support efficient and accurate onboarding and maintenance of provider records. This role reviews documentation, verifies licensure and certifications, collaborates with vendors, and updates directories to ensure information remains current and compliant.
Responsibilities:
• Manage credentialing activities for providers, facilities, and vendors in alignment with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
• Prepare clear, informative materials for quarterly credentialing and oversight committee meetings.
• Support pre-delegation and ongoing vendor audits to confirm adherence to contract requirements.
• Coordinate production of printed directories and work with external partners to maintain online postings, including thorough data accuracy checks.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements that strengthen compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Elevate issues to leadership and assist with resolution.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of recent credentialing experience.
• Hands-on experience credentialing providers using the CAQH system.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office.
• Working knowledge of SAS and SQL.
