Job Title: HR Call Center Representative
Location: Orlando, FL (Fully Onsite)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
Schedule: Must be able to work any of these three shifts: 8-5pm, 830-530pm and 9-6pm
Position Overview:
4 Corner Resources is seeking multiple customer-focused HR Call Center Representative to join one of our clients in the Orlando, FL area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal/external HR inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve employee issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Log interactions and maintain accurate case records in internal systems.
- Assist with HR-related topics such as employment verification, benefits, payroll, and more.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure employee privacy in all communications.
- Guide employees through HR processes and provide accurate policy and procedure information.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Background in HR functions such as payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or HRIS is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type 50 WPM.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
