Position Overview:
4 Corner Resources is seeking multiple customer-focused HR Call Center Representative to join one of our clients in the Orlando, FL area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for internal/external HR inquiries via phone and email.
Manage and resolve employee issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
Handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Log interactions and maintain accurate case records in internal systems.
Assist with HR-related topics such as employment verification, benefits, payroll, and more.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure employee privacy in all communications.
Guide employees through HR processes and provide accurate policy and procedure information.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve concerns.
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in a call center environment.
Background in HR functions such as payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or HRIS is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type 50 WPM.
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Salary : $20 - $21
