Job Title: Outbound Call Center Representative PM
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC - Onsite
Compensation:
- PM Shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM): $19/hour performance bonuses

Required Qualifications:
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to attendance
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
- Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Place outbound calls to guests interested in planning vacations
- Guide customers through selecting destinations, booking dates, and finalizing reservations
- Process payments and confirm all booking details accurately
- Provide helpful recommendations and address guest questions or concerns
- Develop product and destination knowledge to better assist customers
- Use effective sales techniques to create urgency and drive bookings
- Consistently deliver friendly, engaging service
- Participate in coaching and development activities to improve performance
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
