Required Qualifications:

• Strong Quality Assurance and documentation review experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with copy-editing and document validation.
• Ability to work independently and in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio.
• Experience with Agile or project-based environments.
• Knowledge of Medicaid systems or healthcare projects.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of project deliverables and documentation.
• Validate documents against established templates, standards, style guides, and checklists.
• Review and edit project documents for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and consistency.
• Maintain QA trackers, dashboards, and status reporting documents.
• Provide regular updates on deliverable status and QA progress.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and team leads to resolve documentation gaps and issues.
• Track in-flight and upcoming deliverables to ensure timely completion.
