Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage Scrum processes, and maintain project artifacts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan, monitor, and deliver software development projects while managing risks, schedules, and releases.
- Support process improvements, change management initiatives, and Agile best practices to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testing teams to ensure successful project execution and quality deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Experience |
5–7 years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum leadership, software development, SDLC, release management, and cross-functional team coordination. |

Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, Release Management, Project Management Tools, Software Testing, Change Management |

Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification and experience leading Agile software development teams.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile project management tools, and enterprise software development practices.
- Experience supporting payroll systems, software testing, or large-scale enterprise application projects.
