Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, workflows, user needs, and supporting data.
- Develop requirements specifications, process documentation, user stories, and other project deliverables to support solution development.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and delivery teams to evaluate solutions, facilitate requirements discussions, and support implementation.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative information, measure business or customer outcomes, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Experience |
6–9 years of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, product analysis, business process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, with experience working in Agile environments. |
