Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Analyze business requirements, document processes, and translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, testers, and data teams to support solution design, delivery prioritization, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
Develop test scenarios, coordinate system and user acceptance testing, support defect resolution, and validate that delivered solutions meet approved requirements.
Maintain project documentation, analyze operational data, communicate findings and recommendations, and support implementation, change management, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
6–9 years of Business Analyst experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, stakeholder collaboration, and digital product delivery, including at least 2 years supporting custom-built finance systems.
Technical Skills:
Business Requirements Analysis, User Stories, Process Mapping, Agile/Scrum, Backlog Management, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Data Analysis, System Configuration
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience analyzing program policies, business rules, operational processes, and stakeholder needs and translating them into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.
Experience supporting financial services, tax and accounting processes, financial planning and analysis, and finance-related business systems.
Experience supporting financial advisor partnership enablement, incentive processes, teaming models, and partnership offerings.
Experience analyzing financial and operational data, validating finance system workflows, supporting business controls, and improving stakeholder adoption of digital finance capabilities.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
